How to insert a no-gap zipper in a bolster cushion. Using M-tape (available from Decorate Now Patterns) to hold the seam allowance and zipper in place makes it easy to sew in a neat, no-gap zipper in a bolster pillow or a cushion.
First, sew your bolster body. Use a regular stitch on each end of the bolster seam. Use a basting stitch where the zipper will be sewn. The fabric is shown wrong side out while sewing in the zipper.
